1. Introduction

In these Terms and Conditions, "we," "us," "our," and similar terms refer to Haas Booking's. When you see these terms, they represent our company, its agents, and its services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as outlined below.

Welcome to Haas Booking's. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern all bookings made through us. Please read them carefully.

3. Services

We offer a range of booking services, including:

Ticket Booking: For attractions, events, and tours.
Hotel Reservations: Including special hotels and campgrounds.
Guided and Unguided Tours: In various global destinations.
City Passes: Including the Dubrovnik City Pass & Transit.

4. Booking Process

Booking Confirmation: After submitting your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email. If you provided a WhatsApp or Telegram number, we will also send you a message there.

Lead Time: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the activity, unless otherwise specified. No booking is confirmed until we receive payment.

Modifications: Modifications to bookings are generally not allowed. However, you may request a change, and we will do our best to accommodate it based on the information you provided during the booking process.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We use Stripe for payments. Accepted methods include Credit Cards, AliPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Twint. Stripe Terms and Conditions.

Payment Timing: Payment is required after receiving the confirmation email and payment link. Tickets will be sent upon receipt of payment.

Fees: While we do not charge additional fees, fees from Stripe, GetYourGuide, or Klook may apply.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by You: Cancellations are generally non-refundable. If tickets have not been sent yet, you may request a cancellation, which will incur a 15% fee of the booking price. Cancellations for bookings made through Klook or GetYourGuide are subject to their respective cancellation policies.

Cancellation by Us: In rare cases, we may need to cancel your booking. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Travel Requirements: Generally, no special requirements are needed, but you must provide complete and accurate contact details to receive your tickets.

Behavioral Expectations: Customers are expected to follow the legal terms of the country they are visiting. Any misconduct on your part absolves us of responsibility.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

Liability: Haas Booking's is not liable for any damages that arise due to your own negligence, unforeseeable circumstances, or the actions of third parties not contracted by Haas Booking's. Additionally, we are not liable for damages caused by force majeure events or any situation where damages could not have been anticipated or prevented despite due diligence by us or our partners. We are not liable for issues arising from bookings made through third parties like Klook or GetYourGuide. For bookings made directly with us, we provide all necessary information in advance. However, we are not liable if a destination is closed or unavailable. Haas Booking's does not accept liability for any thefts or losses that may occur during your travels or experiences. Additionally, Haas Booking's cannot be held responsible if any damage occurs due to your own negligence, unforeseen circumstances, third parties not contracted by Haas Booking's, or force majeure. We are also not liable if any damage could not have been anticipated or prevented despite reasonable care by us or our partners. Furthermore, Haas Booking's does not accept liability for direct damage in the event of death, personal injury, or illness during your travel.

Force Majeure: We do not offer refunds for events caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.

9. Data Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

11. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

12. Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years or older to book through our website. Bookings made with a parentā€™s credit card are not permitted, and parents are responsible for any unauthorized bookings. Refunds will not be provided for tickets already sent or used.

13. Special Terms for Dubrovnik City Pass & Transit

Agency Fees: As a booking agency, additional fees may be applied to the pass price.

Availability of Attractions: Check the availability of attractions and obtain public transport tickets at designated locations.

Pass Requirements: The Dubrovnik City Pass holder must present it to service providers before using the services. Discounts and benefits are invalid once the pass has expired.

Attraction Closures: Attractions may be closed on certain days or due to special events or maintenance.

Public Transport Tickets: These must be collected at designated Libertas Dubrovnik points:

Binding Booking Inquiry: By submitting a booking inquiry, you confirm your interest in the Dubrovnik City Pass & Transit. This inquiry is binding and confirms your consent for us to contact you regarding your booking. Your consent allows us to provide you with the best service possible.
